Athletic Fee

The LPS Athletic Fee is set by Littleton Public Schools.:

$135 per sport/athlete; $270 maximum per athlete/ per school year; $405 maximum per family per year. **

This participation fee is required for all student athletes. It will not be charged if the student athlete does not make the team or if they choose not to participate prior to the first contest, including scrimmages. If the student decides to quit the team, it is their responsibility to advise the Head Coach and the Athletic Dept in a timely manner.

The LPS Athletic Fee is paid to LHS Bookkeeper.  This fee is due once it is posted on the Student's IC Account, after the rosters have been submitted by the Coaches - approximately one to two weeks after tryouts are completed.

The entire Athletic Fee goes to District to help offset the cost of the Sports Programs. Each LHS Sports Team will also have additional fees to help run their program. The Head Coach determines these additional fees and these payments should be submitted to the Head Coach, not the Bookkeeper.

Note:
**      The LPS Athletic Fee does not apply to Boys & Girls Lacrosse or Spirit teams. For Lacrosse fees, please contact their respective Parent Board. For Spirit (Cheerleading and Poms), the participation fee is $25.00 per year.

LPS District Physicals

LPS District Physicals are usually offered to LPS students at less cost than at a clinic. This event is put on by the three LPS high schools in conjunction with Physiotherapy Associates.

Physiotherapy Associates (Physio) Greenwood has provided the Littleton Public Schools with great care for over a decade. Every year the staff, as well as the physicians, volunteers their time to provide LPS families with the best care possible to help ensure our student-athletes will have a successful season.

The location of the District Physicals is rotated amongst the three high schools and is usually on a Saturday morning, between 8:00 am to 11:30 am.

For 2016, the District Physical is on Saturday, August 6 at Littleton High School. The cost is $25.00 and it goes towards the school's Athletic Program.

To speed things up on the day of the District Physicals, please complete the District Physical History form at your convenience and bring it with you for the District Physical.
